Armaan Cheema

Managing Principal

Armaan grew up in commercial real estate through his family's firm, BSA Investment Group, which invests in farmland, retail, medical, and industrial properties. He went on to work at Atlas Real Estate Capital, a capital markets firm where he helped finance deals across the nation spanning multiple asset classes including retail, industrial, and self storage, with a particular focus on multifamily. He structured acquisition financing, refinances, and construction loans through a wide range of lending sources including banks, credit unions, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, life insurance companies, and debt funds.

Armaan also consults with investors on commercial real estate acquisitions, strategy, and portfolio review. He founded Blue Horse Capital Markets to bring that full spectrum of experience directly to his clients. Armaan is a graduate of The Ohio State University and currently resides in Columbus, Ohio.
